My name is Roy Reyes, I am a first year student at UNT. I am the youngest of a 4 siblings and the first in my immediate family to attend a 4 year university. I am pursuing a degree in applied mathematics with aspirations to obtain a master's degree in mathematics. I desire to work in aerospace or data analysis. Although I lack any work experience I feel that I compensate with my work ethic. I completed 79 college credit hours and received an associate's degree of science while attending high school. I participated in my schools whiz quiz team all 4 years and captained the team in my final year. During my senior year of high school I was able to balance my high school workload, extracurriculars, and a job. My goal is to gain an insight on how I can slot in to aerospace companies and begin working right out of college.
