Performed extensive data analysis in order to fully calibrate, characterize, and diagnose operation of 10+ Exo-atmospheric Kill Vehicle (EKV) Test Bed units during the transition of EKV seekers from the engineering development phase to full production capability. Conducted visible, MWIR, and LWIR radiometric characterization, noise, response linearity, non-uniform gain/offset correction, and spectral calibration of 20+ EKV seekers.Generated numerous analysis tools for use in the production environment as well as maintained analysis code to ensure correct calculations are performed based on critical system requirements.Alignment and verified off axis parabolic test bench collimator for production facility. Executed extensive process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency and minimize delivery times, resulting in program and company cost savings of over $10M. Data analysis lead for multiple EKV seekers to ensure the final Data Package is complete based on performance.

The test objective was to collect engineering seeker data for performance while varying the range distance and target reflectance condition. •Test directed several HALT engineering seekers for accelerating extreme temperatures and vibration conditions to find weak links in the design.

Electro-Optical Performance and Technical Analysis Performed extensive data analysis in order to transition ship-based anti-ballistic seekers from the engineering development phase to full production capability. Reconfigured the inputs to the targeting software for the ship-based anti-ballistic missile used to intercept and destroy falling satellite from USS Lake Erie cruiser. Performed post flight analysis on the anti-ballistic missiles Flight Test Mission (FTM) 11 and Japanese Flight Test Mission 2.Created the analysis tools release and incorporation processes to minimize delivery times, resulting in program and company overall reduction of cost. Generated several analysis tools for use in the production environment as well as maintained analysis code to ensure correct calculations are performed based on critical system requirements. Test Lead of 6 DOF Mechanical Design Led the design, fabrication, assembly and environmental evaluation of 6 degrees of freedom (DOF) prototype focal plane array (FPA) fixture used for real time alignment using PRO E. This designed and test methodology will be implemented for future FPA alignment while it is cryogenically cooled. Performed initial re-design of ground based kinetic vehicle sun shade hardware to test for seeker video noise at payload level.

Integration and TestingConducted visible, MWIR, and LWIR seeker test performance based on system requirements. Developed 6 DOF analysis tool for alignment of, MWIR, and LWIR IR Focal Plane Arrays simultaneously. Resulting in reduced test cycle time and cost saving of $90K for each seeker.

Integration and Testing Performed optical wavefront evaluation of Three Mirror Astigmatic (TMA) telescope.Developed and created test procedures for entrance window alignment critical to system performance dynamic range and evaluating the orientation of IR/IR beam splitters. Generated acceptance test procedure qualifications of system performance.

Evaluated source characterization used for fiber gain module in optical measurement units.Evaluated wavelength division multiplexing coupler for cross talk and stability to determine feasibility of using in measurement system.
