My role as a Manufacturing Coach at Quad has allowed me to leverage my experience in production and leadership to drive employee engagement, enhance teamwork, and support career development. Additionally, my involvement with Quad’s Business Resource Group, U.N.I.T.E., as Chair of Membership Development, enables me to build meaningful connections, promote diversity, and support community engagement, with a special emphasis on strategic engagement with manufacturing employees to connect them with the resources of our BRGs. I am also the Founder and Executive Director of The Onesimus Group Milwaukee (Onesimus Group MKE), a pioneering consulting and solutioning firm dedicated to crafting innovative and unconventional strategies for churches, organizations, and change-makers seeking to engage the system impacted populations in Wisconsin currently confined. Our mission also seeks to empower system-impacted individuals in Wisconsin through redemptive reentry initiatives and creating pathways of support for those currently confined thru our mental health and wellness tool kits, coaching's and newsletter.As a board member of the Wisconsin Justice Initiative and a volunteer, advocate and ambassador for The Community, I am deeply involved in social justice and reentry initiatives. My diverse roles across various sectors have led me to describe myself not just as a professional, but as a Movement—with a doctorate in MSH (Making Shyfts Happen)!With over two decades of experience in youth counseling, crisis intervention, public speaking; I am also a Youth Mental Health First Aide Responder and certified Crisis Prevention Interventionist. My passion for youth and the successful reintegration of system-impacted individuals is unwavering. My vision is to be the change I want to see and model AGAPE IN ACTION. Success for me is the active realization of my greatest ideal which is to continue to narrow the gap between my corporate life and community life and living in the middle of that right now!
