I provided essential support for communications, labor relations and a variety of other business operations for major dairy manufacturer. Effectively directed, drafted and provided oversight for all internal corporate communication. I am proud of being integrally involved in new product launches, assisting with strategy development and implementation. Also enjoyed implementing a successful branding strategy during a key operational take over of Nestle Corporation. As a HR Manager, I Provided HR support to each labor Relations Manager at each Plant, as well as managing all aspects of the collective bargaining agreement at Fonterra’s two facilities and effectively assisted the HR Director trough supporting a variety of initiatives that were presented and addressed to the board of directors.

Initially served as Labor Relations Manager, delivering a variety of services as team negotiator for collective bargaining agreements. In Ford I learned how to effectively manage vendors according to internal protocols and local regulations and create work plans, successfully collaborating with labor unions as well as administer the collective bargaining agreements benefits for 1300 workers.I received a transfer to the role of Human Resources Manager in 2011, where directed all HR operations and implemented a variety of policy and LATAM HR strategies in both Venezuela and Colombia, which included deployment of the Employee Value Proposition, (EVP) a learning agility program based on core competencies, annual performance reviews, training and development programs from entry to executive level, corporate employee surveys, (Pulse), workforce planning, 360, Skip Level and focus groups, and created and executed an effective succession plan. I was honored to serve as regional Global Diversity Representative, collaborating with senior leadership and other regional branches to ensure diversity goals were consistently met.

I effectively directed all payroll processes, managed, maintained and updated company organizational chart.I was engaged in recruiting and talent acquisition for hourly personnel, conducting interviews and managing the hiring as well as developed and implemented effective training processes and procedures for entry level to executive level employees.
