Sales Manager
Current- Pioneer of PerySmith Malaysia, grew the company from a 3-person team in 2019 to 80 in 2024, serving 6 markets globally. - Responsible for sales and solicitation of potential business of PerySmith through identifying clients needs and pain points- Developing and managing customer relationship through the entire sales cycle by providing consultative services and negotiating sales process with end users and partners- Utilising strategic planning skills to compile and propose sales strategy, recommendations, and presentations based on research and trends in the industry and market- Managing end-to-end process of e-commerce sales including liaising with vendor platforms and ensuring operations and stock management are efficient and accurate- Developing technical and commercial proposals based on new solutions and technologies to be presented to clients
