Mr. Scales is a proven business leader with more than 25 years of progressive senior management and leadership experience in Executive Level Management, New Business Development, P&L Management, Program/Portfolio Management, and Information Technology including Software Development, Federal Contracting, and Acquisition Management. For the past 15 years, he has utilized this vast experience base in the Government sector’s Information Technology, Healthcare, and Computer Science industries at the Senior Executive level. Before his retirement as a senior military officer, he worked for four years at the senior executive level within the Defense Logistics Agency, the Office of the Secretary of Defense alongside senior decision-makers within each of the Military Services. He is a former “Certified” Acquisition Corps Officer, attesting to an extensive portfolio of Contracts and Acquisition Management experience.
