Responsible for driving change in a disparate Global organization, managing substantial programs to develop new operating models and create areas of excellence. Prioritizing and influencing difficult decisions to maximize operational excellence. Key achievements:- Created a team of 350 in Warsaw to consolidate core fund administration and custody functions providing added value at reduced cost- Promoted a strategy to leverage the service globally- Developed technology initiatives to standardize Data across the product range to ensure use of one “golden copy” - Created a global operating model to standardize Data services into Global Centers of Excellence reducing operational foot print – leveraging operations in India- Influencing the interface between regional Operational processes and global standardization- Spearheaded a Data Council Team to ensure growth was optimized and duplication of effort avoided

Responsible for administering $21B of Global UCITS funds, spearheading direction in new product roll out and country registration whilst managing a substantial outsourcing initiative. - Increased the outsourcing service to a “ gold standard “ level by refocusing on Pimco specific SLA requirements and KPI management- Directed the strategic launch of a series of Taiwanese based funds- Helped engage the marketing arm with product development to ensure benefits from new products and countries were maximized- Instigated a client service initiative to ensure clients needs were maximized - Developed a global framework for supporting the funds- Implemented an operational risk based approach to ensure processes were fully controlled and compliant

Responsible for driving strategic direction for the European fund administration business managing 400 staff $40m revenues. - Instrumental in defining and developing a strategy for integrating middle office, transfer agency and fund accounting outsourcing services – winning company’s first fully integrated client- Turned around service levels - voted number 1 in a global survey- Standardized European processes achieving a 25% cost reduction - Enhanced focus on staff development / performance measurement - Created an operating model for a centralised service focused utility- Entered into a partnership with external IT resources to enhance and market product

Responsible for developing technology and outsourcing solutions for the local and regional broking and fund management community. Managing 40 technical and marketing staff in ITS and 100 staff in a new outsourcing company AC – combined revenues of US $50m.- Repositioned the business strategy of ITS as being the vendor of choice for broker technology solutions in Singapore- Formed a joint venture company AC to provide full outsourcing services for brokers based on a fully integrated BSP and ASP model. In particular:o First to offer service in regiono Developed full infrastructure to support 100 staff in green field operationo Created a technology platform to run multi broker serviceso 35% market share within 6 months with plans to achieve 70% in first yearo Negotiated with a global software vendor to deliver a new platform- Liaised with the Hong Kong, Malaysian and Australian Exchanges to roll out AC regionally - Formulated a business plan that was successfully adopted by the Board to create a new joint venture to outsource the local fund managers’ technology and operational requirements
