The Salcedo Community-based Watershed Resources Management Project (SALCOWAREMP) is a 3-year project funded by Plan-Netherlands through Plan-Philippines to develop and/or improve the capability of the children, their families and communities in eight upland barangay, as well as other local stakeholders, in the sustainable use and management of the Salcedo watershed resources, thereby improving their standard of living.
