Senior Architectural Draughtsman
Current•Architecture and Structural design drafting techniques •Site Facility Management and Logistic Layout.•Excavation DWGs, Foundation Layout Plan Sections, Pile Cap Layouts DWGs Sections and Coordinates Points for all Layout.Study Drawings, Raise RFIs of the various discrepancies, missing information or conflict in design DWGs, To review structural & MEP Shop DWGs to ensure accuracy of levels’ openings, dimensions & Coordination Implement builders works and MEP requirements on Structural &Architectural Shop DWGs•Superimpose the Arch, Structural & MEP DWGs, define clashes and report to the Structural/Arch Engineer respectively•Prepare the Structural General Arrangement Drawings Slab Edges Coordinate Points for Plans,Corewalls and Coordinated with relevant Technical Departments (MEP) to finalize the drawings for Consultant •All Architectural related General Arrangement for Floor Plans and block work drawings for consultant Approval.•General Tiling Layout, Wet Area Details and Detailing as per the requirements. Finishing Schedule Details, RCP Layout DWGs,Sections and Details.•Review the targeted number of the Sub contractors shop DWGs and ensure the accuracy, quality, coordination, the targeted number is to be assigned by the Technical manager based on the populated list of Shop DWGs•Coordinate with the Site In-Charge as well as the Design Engineer to resolve design problems, technical queries and clarifications of on going site construction.•Work under the close supervision of the Interior Designer, to prepare CAD documentation for all stages of the design projects. Including all necessary information and data required for preparing a comprehensive set of designs and documentation drawings.•Duties include creating, modifying and re-designing of interiors drawings, archiving, control of revisions. Additional duties involve visiting sites and collecting data, sourcing and assembling details to complete designs, updating design database and supporting presentations.
