Oversaw daily operations of our DME company in Lemoyne, PA as well as do training for Service Technicians at all of our locations(7).

Cpo 2 Mifflinburg, Pa

Started as a warehouse person, then became a Service tech 6 months later. Advanced to Service manager in about 3 years. Over saw daily service functions for 3 locations in PA. CPO2 was aquired by Rotech and we then went form 3 locations in PA to approx 21 locations in PA, NJ, MD and WV were I oversaw service for all locations. We also started a Repair facility and an Oxygen Transfill station that originally supplied cylinder oxygen and repaired respiratory equipment for our 21 locations. I then moved onto be our liason for our 2 VA contracts and became part of the Rotech FDA team, DOT team and JACHO committee. These responsibilities then changed as well Rotech was landing VA contracts across the United States and with this came issues and I was sent to multiple VA centers to troubleshoot any issues that were happening between Rotech and the VA. I also was then given the reins to run the Mifflinburg Locatiion of CPO2, however with the growth of Rotech and my increasing responsibilities outside CPO2. I became a full time corporate employee for my last 2 years primarily focusing on VA issues.
