Primary market focus was farm, ranch and recreation properties, in addition to residential properties. As an active agent during the height of the real estate market crash, I was blessed to work in a highly desirable rural region relatively unaffected by the crash in the residential market, moderately affected in the recreational property market, and unaffected in the agricultural market.I quickly achieved proficiency in addressing the unique aspects of agricultural properties by relying on my experiences and knowledge of farming and ranching throughout my youth, in addition to informative tutelage by my Responsible Broker. Primary facilitator in the implementation of a new BIA software system for student and faculty management. Responsible for initiating Wyoming's OHV/ORV safety and education program. Developed and introduced Trail Host Program, including curriculum and education brochures. Developed and conducted specialized classes for operators of ATVs equipped with sprayers for Weed & Pest applications, as well as Search and Rescue personnel. Marked and maintained snowmobile trails statewide. Scoped and developed new OHV trails on Forest Service lands. Planned and carried out several multi-day public OHV safety and education presentations, to include the Wyoming State Fair, Central Wyoming Fair and the Wyoming Game & Fish Hunting and Fishing Exposition.
