Phase I Construction Manager•Oversee the planning, scheduling, implementation and coordination of quality-built homes from development through final construction on a timely and economical basis. •Analyze and resolve problems related to the construction process for multiple jobs on a daily basis. •Track and control construction costs against the budget in order to avoid cost overruns. •Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple job sites. •Conduct pre construction meetings with homeowners on sold homes and provide updates to them during the entire construction process. •Provide excellent customer service throughout the the entire building process, and through the warranty process.

• Develop curriculum and lesson plans for criminal justice courses Forensic Science; Law Enforcement I & II; Principles of Law; Fundamentals of Criminal Law; Court Systems and Practices.• Advise students about career choices in the field of criminal justice, and counsel them on life decisions. • Coordinate instructional material with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS).• Facilitate hands on experience by organizing field trips to local business and law enforcement agencies. • Manage budget for tennis program involving the purchasing of equipment, uniforms, and training aids. • Schedule Spring tournaments, district team tennis schedule, and bus requests.• Insure the safe transportation of players to and from athletic events. • Assess tennis player’s skills and assign team positions.• Develop regular practice schedules and organize time to facilitate both individual and team development.• Determine game strategy based on the team’s capabilities.• Observe players during competition and practice to foster the need for individual improvement in the sport of tennis.• Promote a positive atmosphere while teaching integrity and good sportsmanship behavior on and off the court.

• Manage staff of six investigators and two assistants plus support staff during scheduled shifts.• Assign cases to investigators on duty, and provide supervision on high profile cases. Answer any questions that arise about proper procedures or protocols. • Work in conjunction with law enforcement officials, pathologists, attorneys, family members of victims, funeral directors, and hospital staff.• Conduct over the phone interviews and generate inquest reports with all hospitals and nursing home facilities in Harris County in order to authorize the release of decedent.• Review medical charts for information significant for the case being worked. • Answer and record all death calls and prepare written and verbal reports in accordance to Texas Code of Criminal Procedures 49.25.• Conduct on scene physical examinations of remains, document scene by taking photographs and generating written reports. • Provide detectives on scene with real-time preliminary medicolegal findings about the decedent. • Maintain and manage proper evidence collection by packaging, sealing, and labeling evidence to ensure the chain of custody. • Supervise to ensure proper removal and transportation of remains to H.C.M.E.• Explain investigative findings to pathologists, police, and families.• Locate and notify next of kin about deaths and identify unknown remains.• Testify in court proceedings regarding investigation, observations, and documentation procedures at the scene.
