Having spent a few years in the Hotel industry, I have learned how to work with the public and customers, establishing good working relationships whilst still being able to communicate well and help solve their problems. Additionally, having been employed in a production mill for 19 years I have learned a lot about producing output whilst under pressure to meet production targets. Also worked in the Mill’s Control Room, teaching staff basic computing as well as providing an IT help service, resolving queries and problems on the company’s computer system. Currently employed as ICT Administrator for ITW Industry, I have greatly increased my knowledge and experience in ICT having been part of a team in moving to a new ERP system called Epicor 9 being very proficient in ERP systems BAQ's, BPM's and Crystal Reports, Microsoft Office 2007 & 2010, Sharepoint, Office 365 and Lync, Telephone Systems, Backups I am also capable of converting systems from a manual controlling paper system to a computerized system, Active Directory, Printers, Desktop Support, I also have a wealth of experience in ICT, which has helped me to be able to control, prioritize and deploy any actions that are needed. I am a very good listener as to what people want and if possible do all I can to achieve this goal to make life a little bit easier for everybody if possible.
