Started with Cullen Building Products in March 2008 where I was to install new manufacturing software called “Epicor Vantage (EMS)” to replace the existing Sage system. The last stage of the installation being to upgrade from EpicorVantage software to Epicor 9.After six months I was promoted to Systems Manager, taking control of Health & Safety,Quality & Environmental, IT and Production Progress Cards for Audits I was also made Project Manager for installing Epicor(Company was bought over by ITW Industry in 2010 and the company restructured the Systems Department bringing in their own Health and Safety manager and outsourcing Quality & Environmental. I was then left with IT Department of which ITW had a Group ICT Manager) after the restructuring process I was in charge of maintaining all the Servers 2008 & 2003, VPN, Active Directory, Printers, Mobile Phones, Microsoft Office 2007 & 2010, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Sharepoint, Lync, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes, IT Asset Register, Buying IT Equipment, Epicor 9 ERP system, Desktop Support, Backups & Disaster Recovery, Security setups. maintaining the Telephone Systems and have changed our servers from an old domain to a new domain.

In making Animal Food for the agriculture industry.I worked as a Mill Operative for 9 years then as a Mill Senior Supervisor for 11 years.Additionally, having been employed in a production mill for 19 years I have learned a lot about producing output whilst under pressure to meet production targets. Also worked in the Mill’s Control Room, teaching staff basic computing as well as providing an IT help service, resolving queries and problems on the company’s computer system.These systems were called Datastor Milling Systems, BMS Millmaster System, Was also instrumental in the introducing of the Cross Contamination Matrix of animal feed.
