I currently oversee 6 terminals in Ohio, MIchigan and Indiana dealing with all daily business activities. I am responsible for managing its resources, developing and implementing an operational plan and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly. Additionally I am responsible for regular evaluations of those terminals organizational efficiency and makes necessary changes to maximize staff productivity. Finally and most importantly I assesses the needs of my terminals and finds ways to contribute to the big picture by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible.

I oversee 9 truck terminals in the Ohio and Michigan markets. That area includes 130 drivers plus office and maintenance staff with an average revenue of 23 million dollars a year and covers roughly 800 miles.I am responsible for all driver hiring,payroll,P&L, safety issues,discipline,scheduling and day to day operations. My job also consists of keeping our equipment up to DOT standards, dealing with our vendors,customers and dispatch issues. The goal is to grow the business so calling on new customers is part of the job requirements.
