Design and implement products related to group financial management and reporting, identify pain points and issues in financial processes, and achieve the standardization and automation of financial processes through product-based solutions. Restrict and communicate the group's financial management system through product features to help users improve efficiency and standardize business processes.Main projects including:- Group Financial Data Warehouse: Communicate with the COEs and financial BPs to streamline the monthly reporting process, optimize the monthly closing data linkages, and automate the monthly closing process using the group's big data platform, achieving a 68% automation rate for group reporting monthly closing. Additionally, establish relevant data monitoring to ensure the effectiveness, timeliness, and reasonableness of reporting data, thereby improving overall data quality.- Reporting Monthly Closing Platform: Build an in-house monthly closing platform based on the financial data warehouse foundation. This platform integrates functions such as monthly closing data, journal entry adjustments, and alerting for invalid data to meet the management requirements for controlling group monthly closing processes and centralizing account control.- Financial Management Portal: A one-stop working platform for financial BPs, covering major business scenarios such as monthly closing, budget & forecast, financial analysis, etc. By integrating with IM tool (Lark), it facilitates collaborative tasks for group and BP financial activities, notifies critical process milestones, and subscribes to system data changes for collaborative scenarios.- Other Financial Product/Support/Operations-Related Work: Includes the Financial Management Dashboard, Monthly Closing Operations Dashboard, visualization of financial reports based on the group's big data products (Hive), product operations modules, and system establishment, etc.

Support multiple finance system which include Oracle HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), Oracle HP (Hyperion Planning), RSA Archer, Microsoft Power BI.- Create/Maintain applications, manage and update dimensions, configure application settings, load data and conversion tables, administer and monitor security, maintain rules and member list files, manage mapping files, develop reports and analytics, perform data extracts and loads, and ensure integrity of backups.- Support system based activities including: Modify member hierarchies and automate data loads to Hyperion from source systems. Build validation reports to facilitate month end close using SmartView. Performance tuning and assist in technical process improvements. Develop security and controls functionality to support application security and internal audit requirements.- Work across departments to ensure that financial tools and processes are consistent with the overall objectives of the organization.- Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as required.

- Work with ERP specialist, ORACLE database specialist and accountant to maintain financial cloud database. Responsible for financial sheet reconsolidation, data validation and other ad-hoc issue.- Excel and communication skills are enhanced.
