- check each candidate’ identification and documents,- hand out and collect test materials, - give instructions and supervise candidates during the test.Duties: - assist to the chief invigilator before and after the examination,- safeguard the test integrity and security represent the examination services at a personal and critical level.

- supervise Area Coordinators and Community Facilitator of the project and all of the project staff, - support and coordinate Area Coordinators’ performances and planned activities, - contact with the authority if the registered children is facing problem and other cases, - visit and monitor the project areas to supervise and monitor at least twice a month. - ensure to strengthen capacity of the project staff,- provide monthly capacity building trainings and workshops,- conduct TOT of child protection and other trainings to all project staff,- network to the other partnership organizations for the trainings , - conduct the teacher training to Area Coordinators and Facilitators before they held trainings in the community and - finally all of the my performances report to PM weekly and monthly.
