After my graduation, during my professional career I got the opportunities of working in different capacities, which gave me a lot of knowledge, skills and practice not only in technical field but management also.I started my professional career in cement industry as a trainee engineer in maintenance department. The main skill developed in this experience was the Problem Solving. After this I worked in a manufacturing industry where I learnt lot of technical things. I supervised my team in different projects the role given to me was to control the quality in the manufacturing. The experience helps me in developing my skills in Supervision, Quality Control, Project Management, and Designing. My last experience was in auto industry as a assistant of quality manager this position improved all my pervious skills and also give me some additional skills like Quality Assurance, Managerial, and Communication. But there are lot of things needed to improve that’s is way I am always looking forward to participate as a team member in a dynamic work environment focused on promoting business growth by providing superior value and service.
