Senior Operations/Dispatch Manager
- Direct and oversee the work of employees- Monitor and evaluate employees' quality, efficiency, and performance in day-to-day operations.- Responsible for assessing the day-to-day needs of the staff and dispatch resource needs regarding labour, supplies and equipment.- Oversee accounts receivable and payable- Reporting to the managing director- Hire, train, coach, mentor and manage the performance of hourly and salaried staff.
