The consultancy experience includes a vast area of practice i.e., the end of year TP adjustment, value chain analysis for the MNEs and finding the outliers in comparison with the transactional amounts and TP policies in place and the legal agreements in place(Economic vs legal and financial reality). My consultancy work also included finding TP solutions for IFRS inconsistencies that lead to structural loss-making positions in the local entities of MNEs. Pillar two is an area of interest for me as I am currently researching on different Pillar two rules. The area that I have practiced is the impact of Pillar two on Deferred Tax Assets of MNEs and reflection of the differences arising in the accounts.The other areas I have practiced involves the provision of DAC 6 audit trails for clients including a vast scope of practice: Business restructurings, TP Documentation, Valuation and etc.ATAD II and III and other International Business Taxation legal initiatives at the level of EU or US is an area of my interest.
