Two roles are charged for a Nielsen product specialist. First, they have to contribute their division to achieve the quartal sales target. Second, a product specialist is demanded to be the consultant of their client’s marketing strategy. Handling several clients from various businesses in the last two years, i am confident in finding why a brand could grow or decline. Once the root cause is found, actions to turn the decrease into growth or boost the growth into a faster phase would be clear.

Salesmanship is the main skill achieved from this job. However in my opinion, the real challenge is not only to close the deal and achieve the monthly target. It’s on how we could get the customer’s trust. An ideal salesman for me is someone who listen, care, and able to understand all of customer's anxiety and desire. Then, with the trust achieved, getting beneficial deal for both customer and company would be simple. In 8 months training period, I contributes 1.6 billion rupiahs for Indomobil Nissan.
