Project is being done for Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. (CMS). Redesign the Logical Model and existing processes to enroll Individual and Corporate Providers in Medicare and Medicaid off of a single set of information. Many validations that were manual are being automated and there is more ability to communicate issues detected about the provider between different organizations.The result is savings because of greater data consistency and data accuracy.

Most recent responsibilities include -Work Intake, solution Definition and review of Vendor Supplied estimates-Governance of outsourced and off shored Vendors- Sr Solutions Architect - Lead Data Modeler ( 450 Entities and 5600 attributes in primary schema)- Data Analyst Key Member of team that designed and enhanced AT&T’s Platform for ordering consumer local phone service and Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) product. Platform is profitable and has succeeded where other attempts had failed. It was highly innovative in several ways. - It is a successful integration of several custom applications an off the shelf Packages - It has been used to present catalogs with hundreds of items customized for 5 different GUI and 6 very diffferent telecommunications products at different times - It contains the rules to generate hundreds different types of messages to 80 different applications and release them at the correct point in time based on cross work order rules

International Calling Card Provisioning Applications• Converted three applications into one that supplied all needed functionality and required 1/3 staff to maintain. Reduced provisioning time by a day and eliminated redundant entry of data by users. • Maintained and enhanced logical data model and wrote requirements for these systems. Reviewed work of developers to insure it met requirements and design specifications.• Re-architected systems to support multiple and bundled products extending life of application 4-5 years.• Expert for creatively extracting data from existing schema to respond to decision support needs of clients. • Produced technical requirements for projects for external Vendors bids. (Request for Info/Quote) Reviewed responses.• Planned and migrated applications to new platforms to reduce cost of maintaining equipment by over 75%.• Planned and implemented move of equipment and personnel from office to main HQ to save real estate costs.

Supported Computer Systems Business Unit as programmer, analyst and coordinator for work group responsible for maintaining a customer care and trouble tracking application (2 million accounts and 500 users). Major Projects:• Retired our division when AT&T acquired NCR. Performed data analysis, mapped and converted 5 applications to the formats required by NCR systems in less time than they thought we could do a single application. Planned and implemented the shutdown site and arranged return/sale of equipment.• Performed data mapping and schema revision for software enhancements.• Designed and developed time tracking data structures and application. This allowed the clients and our management to determine which product problems / internal process problems required urgent resolutions.

Analyzed and resolved complex customer problems for 5 externally developed software packages that AT&T resold to other Businesses. Projects include: Recover/ reconstruct corrupted client databases; Certified new releases of existing Software Packages; Evaluate new software products and perform beta installations; Administered test and production environments.Note : From 3/1988 was a consultant on a right to hire contract to AT&T from a now defunct company called Cornell Computer, Menlo Park NJ. Became an AT&T Employee 6/1989
