Child & Family Therapist
CurrentEvery client deserves to have someone who is committed to their success, which is why my approach is tailored to each client’s unique strengths and goals. My therapeutic style draws from Play Therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Expressive Art Therapy. I have experience working with young children, tweens, teens, and families in a variety of settings. I believe that the family’s home environment and communication play a significant role in a child’s mental health. As a result, I work with caregivers to define and create spaces and communication styles where the client and their families can thrive.
