Started with e-Scoober, which was an online aggregator of two wheeler rental agencies with a delivery service enabled by the iconic two wheeler taxi system (Pilots) in Goa. We also operated in the city of Mysore, while we failed in securing changes in the RTO guidelines to create a legal permit for two wheeler rental aggregation. The next project we worked on internally was the e-Health TBI incubated Scoober EV Project, where we had developed a prototype of a patentable scooter design with a proprietary steering system. Post that, Scoober continued to operate as a Innovation Design Enterprise Accelerator (IDEA) with the help of a few consultants, who together helped identify and solve real problems for our client startup’s end users, giving them a competitive edge in the zero to one and GTM stage. We have worked on cross domain projects like MoviePlayWin, Nefty Kitchens (cloud kitchen), PetsPro and Dekkan, helping each startup achieve PMF in a frugal, time bound manner.

Nefty is currently developing new ways of solving the food supply and nutritional issues faced by the geriatric populace through a combination of research and new age hyperlocal platforms. Winner of Elevate 2021 (Startup Karnataka). Exited the business after profitable PMF.

Through collaborative relationships with its partners and clients, Qwinix innovators build and run leading-edge technology solutions by leveraging cloud, design thinking, data, and analytics. Qwinix merged with CloudBakers to form 66 Degrees.

Handled operations at an online healthcare services startup from its initiation and until its launch in November 2013. Simple2Cure failed later due to various issues, but this was my diving board into the world of problem solving, a lesson that I am glad I learnt.
