I restored and updated an 1878 adobe Victorian mansion on the National Register of Historic Places in downtown Tucson, AZ and opened, owned and operated a bed & breakfast inn with six guest rooms, accommodating up to 18 people per night. I was the chef, front desk concierge, reservation receptionist, yard-boy, and head of the cleaning/laundry staff (me and a college girl). I did have my own pool-boy named Johnny D.
