Oxeon Ventures has been an early-stage investor in over 70 companies including Evolent Health (NYSE: EVH), Privia (acq. by Brighton Holdings), Liazon (acq. by Towers Watson), Aetion, Avalon, Bright, Capsule, CIOX, Imagine Health, Iora Health, Landmark, Oak Street Health, Quartet, VillageMD, WiserCare and others.Oxeon Ventures also builds new healthcare companies. We develop and hone concepts and business plans and then leverage Oxeon Holding's service lines and vast network of relationships to bring founding leadership, product/market validation, enterprise clients and then secure additional capital for these early stage companies. I served as the primary EIR lead on the creation of Docent Health. I led the creation of Docent Health through the ideation and business plan process, pitching the concept to secure anchor clients, fundraising with internal and external investors (primary investors included Bessemer, NEA, and Maverick Capital). I led start-up operations and product development, and early build-out of the team.
