Over a rapidly progressive career of 24+ years, I have gained expertise and experience in the various facets of finance & accounting domain across the industry verticals of telecom, IT, financial services and manufacturing. I have been associated with multiple blue-chip companies such as Austria Technologie &Systemtechnik India, ATC India Tower Corp, IBM Global Process Services, J Thomas & Co and PWC. Over the years, I have set up, turned around and scaled up end-to-end F&A departments and business operations and successfully delivered on the organization’s business objectives and goals. Contributed as a strategic partner by ensuring all financial/statutory/regulatory commitments and requirements are delivered on-time and in line with the stakeholder expectations. This has included preparation of financial strategies and action plans, budgets and AOPs, cost/credit control policies and measures, finance and accounting SOPs/manuals, adherence with taxation guidelines, implementation of process improvements, creation of strong governance and risk management framework, liaisons with internal/external stakeholders, timely and accurate book-keeping and accounting, financial assessment of investment proposals, working capital management, treasury/transfer pricing optimization, ERP implementation and management.In 2016 I ended my corporate career at the helm and founded Sensabyte Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Company specializing in Ed Tech and Salesforce. The Company works with premier universities in the domestic market and in the US.2021 was a landmark year where we acquired 100 pc stake in Shimna Engineering Pvt Ltd, a 34 year old engineering company and converted it into a helical spring manufacturing unit in Howrah, West Bengal. The Company today is the largest helical spring manufacturing unit in West Bengal catering mainly to Railways rolling stock segment.
