- Led and coordinated R&D projects for pharmaceutical products (sterile, respiratory, and ophthalmic) from initial development stages to submission to health authorities.- Developed and validated analytical methods, designed experiments, performed stability and forced degradation (stress) testing, developed drug product formulations and carried out lyophilization.- Elucidated structures of unknown impurities and degradation products by LC-MS/MS.- Worked with suppliers and procures equipment and materials accordingly. - Wrote and edited methods, procedures, and reports in compliance with GMP regulations.
