Executive level role to hire top talent and build a product engineering team for TimeInc in Bangalore. As TimeInc is evolving into a digital first media company, the team here in Bangalore is helping TimeInc to build end to end products for increased user engagement for the premium content and increased advertising dollars. Built a team of about 90 strong professionals in one year. My team here in Bangalore is responsible for the following:1. Publisher analytics and advertising revenue: i) 360 degree anonymous consumer navigation history for better audience insights ii) Scalable big data platform using Hadoop stack on AWS. iii) NLP and Machine learning algorithms for user behavior prediction.2. Design and development of cutting edge content management systems: i) Media (Image/Video/Text) analysis and meta data (Keywords/Entity/Sentiment/IAB) extraction. ii) Recommendation engine for assets that goes well with the article composed. iii) Real time trending and social media analytics for improving editorial productivity.3. Mobile (Both Native & Hybrid) Apps for brands along with state of art technologies like VR/AR. 4.
