Accountable to the CEO for product divestiture and closing a business within the financial services industry, with 2m customers, assets of £5bn, liabilities of £4.5bn and 1500 employees. Responsible for re-engineering £270m of operating costs in line with the divestiture of accounts, maintaining control over the retained mortgage portfolios of £2bn and managing relationships with the regulators.
