Assist clients with routine account-related requests such as:• funds transfers,(outward transfers/in account transfers)• Taxes payments (TVA, Income taxes, CNSS taxes)• Car Fees settlements• Managing inquiries about ATM and DEBIT/CREDIT cards usage and limits• Managing inquiries about checking and savings accounts transactions and statements• Research and resolve customer problems and acting as a customer link with other bank’s departments when necessary• Evaluating credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits• Interviewing applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans• Determining all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans• Cross-sell bank’s products and services based on customer needs in accordance with bank’s program standards.

• In patient/outpatient bill production• Prepare schedules for third party companies and governmental institutions • Follow up the bills with patients, third party companies and governmental institutions• Billing plastic surgeries(Self-Payable patients)Acting as replacement for Customer Care Officer:• Preparing schedules between inpatients surgeries and third party companies• Managing Self-Pay patients accounts• Managing payments for plastic surgeries
