I focus my practice on employment law and civil litigation. As part of my employment counseling practice, I work with companies of varying sizes on employment matters including reviewing and drafting of employment policies, guidance on disciplinary action and termination, and conducting workplace investigations. My goal is to be a resource for my clients as they grow and to obtain the best possible outcome for my clients if they find themselves facing litigation.I also work extensively with physicians and other health care professionals in professional liability and licensing matters, including representation before the various licensing boards in the DMV.My litigation experience allows me to zealously advocate for my clients, but also work with my clients to minimize risk and exposure to avoid costly litigation. I'm a strong litigator, but also understand that litigation may not always lead to the best result for my clients. When litigation is not the best choice, I work with my clients to find creative solutions to achieve their desired outcome.
