I'm currently volunteering in leadership position for a very active, energetic, all volunteer networking organization (100-200 active members with over 2000 alumni). Lehigh Valley professionals provides an opportunities for me to routinely maintain important professional skills such as mentoring, team building, project management, problem solving, time management, conflict resolution.As Training chairman I motivate a small group of volunteer trainers and public speakers in delivering 30-60 minute training topics focused on the most effective and timely job hunt tools, techniques and tricks. Target audiences range from 40 to 80 people, weekly. The training Committee is focused on building a sense of trust, teamwork, and accomplishment.I have embraced this great opportunity to both give back to the community while expanding my own public speaking skills and talents to organize, educate and motivate people

Provided a chemistr/support role for a large research group in the Department of Chemistry at Lehigh University. Funded by the D.O.E., under their Synthetic Fuels initiative, I continually learned and applied new catalysis chemistry and technology on a daily basis, including Cu/ZnO and MoS2 catalyst synthesis, Gas and chemicals handling, various H2/Co reaction regimes to produce liquid alcohol fuels as well as the design, plumbing, and repair of high temperature, high pressurize downflow gas phase reactors, their systems, and components. Routinely maintained analytical equipment needed to produce experimental results. Calculated, reaction selectivity and yield from online gas chromatograph analysis. In addition successfully interface with a large spectrum of team members from senior faculty to post doc students to first year graduate students.
