Management of the Embedded SW group in RADWIN, in charge of developing all of RADWIN's product portfolio. The group consists of (30+ SW Engineers and Testers):- 5 RT Embedded SW Teams developing under various platforms (ARM, PPC) and environments (VxWorks, Embedded Linux) writing RT code using C/C++- Integration team performing manual testing for all products and platforms- Automation team that develops an in-house automation and continuous integration engine written in C# with an analytics and data processing web interface developed in Node.js+MongoDBIn charge of group's plans, release schedule and interface toward other aspects of R&D and the rest of the company (Engineering, Verification Testing, HW groups, Operations) as well of day-to-day management of the group, including recruitment and training responsibilities

AirMon developed a wireless control and monitoring system for outdoor urban lighting networks (street lighting, highway lighting, parks and gardens, etc.) so that lighting networks can be monitored for failures as well as drastic power saving caused by operating a dimming schedule throughout the network.The system consisted of a wireless node and an AP that centralises up to 256 various nodes, operating in the ISM 2.4GHz unlicensed band, using ZigBee (802.15.4) HW adjusted to implement a more robust and reliable interference mitigating air interface using mesh network topology.Led the definition of product, as well as the air interface implementation, the networking routing algorithms and all aspects of embedded and UI software development. Led the definition of the HW requirements for the devices and the interface with an outsource board design contractor.

Lead a team of RT/Embedded software engineers, initially a small team in charge of developing core modem capabilities for RADWIN's wireless application, then later a larger team of 4 engineers developing all aspects of RADWIN's PtP and PtMP solutions.The position required leading the design, implementation and testing phases for all features used in RADWIN's products, in a hands-on manner, creating work plans and synchronizing with other departments for integration processes (RF, HW, QA, Engineering, etc.)
