Deputy Resource Director is a position created to combine responsibilities from the fields of Finance and Logistics. MAM has over 1200 staff working across the country of Myanmar, operating 20 clinics and providing healthcare in an additional 2300 villages across hard to reach remote areas. These operations require large amount of resources, be it human, financial, or materialistic. In my role as deputy resource director I focus on the establishment of new projects and expansion of current activities. This encompasses a large variety of responsibilities varying from project specific managerial accounting and financial accounting, ensuring accountability to the donors of MAM, to the full process of construction and renovation of new project sites, complex procurements and technical support on day to day operations.

As a business development manager at Amd, always creating new opportunities for Amd in the field of medical diagnostics is the number one priority. This required implementing large changes and improvements, both internally and externally, to ensure maximum performance on a daily basis. Amongst these changes was the task of sourcing and managing new product lines by cooperating with suppliers from all over the world, as well as stakeholders within the whole country. Over the course of 2 years, a wide variety of responsibilities, from the national implementation of the molecular diagnostics and physiotherapy business lines to developing a professional marketing and brand image, were successfully executed. An added bonus to these responsibilities was the ability to help my teams' employees reaching their maximum potential.After a successful tenure, I am now using my skills and experience at Medical Action Myanmar.

Specialism: The management of online media channels like AdWords, Facebook and LinkedIn. During the day I kept myself busy with the maintenance of online marketing channels. I optimised the online marketing campaigns and made sure the clients get the right information presented in an easy way. Next, to that, I was responsible for the marketing of the Mad Pack brand.After a happy cooperation I decided to take on a new opportunity as business development manager at Amd in Yangon, Myanmar.
