Performed supervisory personnel management responsibilities as the Programs Manager in Exercise Division in Plans and Policy Directorate. Provides overall supervision, management, maintenance and development of the CENTCOM’s JS Joint Training, Exercise, Evaluation Program (JTEEP) ($40 to $45 Million annually) to include Strategic Lift (STRATLIFT) funds, Service Incremental Funds (SIF) and Commander Training and Exercise (CTE). Responsible for overall supervision, management, maintenance and development of the USCENTCOM Section 321 Program ($4.5 million - USAF O&M) to facilitate developing nation participation in and support of the USCENTCOM combined exercise program. This includes the development/presentation of POM requirements to OSD P&R/JS/ USAF, tracking of expenditure of funds, development of spend plans, processing financial documents as requirements are identified, close out of funding against issued finance documents, monthly funding reports to OSD P&R/JS/ USAF and numerous financial requirements normally done with the GS Financial Management series 0505.
