A clients view: We are responsible for transporting in excess of 75,000 inmates annually, ranging from 30 minute trips to seven and ten hour trips. When seeking a transport vehicle that provided the flexibility of short and long-range transport, accommodating secure separation issues, providing ample storage compartments, and a good return on investment over the life of the vehicle, we could not be happier with the transport bus provided by Royce Harper, which is built by Glaval Bus Company. From the beginning of the relationship with Royce and Glaval, their dedication to customer satisfaction has been evident. Whether it is maintenance support, design modifications, or simply quality assurance follow-ups, the professionalism has made them a pleasure to deal with on any and all occasions. Nothing can express our appreciation with the units, and the customer service, more then the fact that we have ten (10) buses currently in our transportation fleet, and we expect to add several more units within the not to distant future.Specialties: Special Bus builds sales and marketing, athletic department shuttles, inmate transport units, trolley bus units, special needs units. National support and distribution of quality products and services.
