I have been involved with computers and networks for many years and recently decided to get industry recognized certifications to demonstrate my computer skills.I can analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate network systems and Internet systems or a segment of a network system. Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption. Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone. Provide support and assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.I believe in the saying “It is amazing what you can accomplish if you don’t care who gets the credit.”
