Promotes company involvement throughout the community. Manages a CRA events calendar for community events, programs, staffing and providing materials and follow-up event coverage.Establishes best practices to maximize resources for the fulfilment of lending, investment and service goals. Reviews community development activities submitted by the lines of business to ensure they meet at least one of the definitions of community development. Remains informed on industry issues and trends.Recommends best practices to support ongoing management activities. Promotes the creation and promulgation of strategic goals for all business units which have a significant impact on CRA performance.Ensures all CRA financial literacy programs and tracking reports are accurate, timely and complete against established annual CRA Guidelines tied into CRA service hours requirements. Organize CRA community meetings, including preparing minutes, invitations, and other materials as appropriate.Works directly with lending and retail team members in developing or otherwise securing sound loan programs, products and relationships that will help meet the needs of the Bank's communities.Act as a liaison with division executives to ensure that each division has the support necessary to achieve CRA investment and service goals. Provides guidance and CRA training as needed.Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role.
