Het idee achter ConstructieShop.nl is begonnen, omdat wij zagen dat (ver)bouwen onnodig moeilijk wordt gemaakt. Informatie over verbouwen is namelijk moeilijk vindbaar en weinig constructiebureaus zijn elke dag bezig om constructieberekeningen simpel en bereikbaar te maken voor mensen die gaan verbouwen...Dat vinden wij doodzonde!Daarom zijn wij continu bezig met het simpeler maken van onze constructieberekeningen en het delen van al onze kennis over (ver)bouwen...Wij geloven er namelijk in dat simpele en bereikbare constructieberekeningen er uiteindelijk voor zorgen dat iedereen waar ook ter wereld in zijn droomhuis kan wonen...Om dat doel te bereiken zijn wij bij ConstructieShop.nl elke dag bezig met dingen waarvan veel andere mensen zeggen dat het niet kan... En dat is ontzettend leuk om te doen :)!

As business consultant within ENGIE I am involved in projects focused on Operational Excellence/LeanKey responsibilities:- Identifying issues to drive operational improvements and changes- Perform complex analysis, advise on and implement of improvements- Using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) method from concept through to pilot and full implementation- Work closely with senior managers and directors of the business units (stakeholders)- Set up and provide Lean Six Sigma training for junior consultants and stakeholders- Coaching project members and managers how to drive performance improvements- Advise senior managers about Lean vision and strategy - Spreading Lean philosophy in the organization

HousingAnywhere is a start up company based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The organization found out a platform were local students can easily rent out their rooms towards incoming exchange students.By providing this platform universities can add service value for their students and can increase their supply of student houses.In this project I was responsible for a team of 12 full time interns who targeted the universities in their home countries.

In this project I was part of a team of 18 students and two professors of the Rotterdam School of Management. We did a consultancy project in the Republic of Korea where we took part of the whole process from acquisition towards the actual consultancy job.In the acquisition phase my specialities were Marine & Offshore. In the research phase I did research on the Korean data center market.

For Skills Netherlands I did a knowledge management analysis for the whole company. After that I researched several Cloud Computing possibilities and I was responsible for the documentation of the business processes of Skills Netherlands.
