CurrentBreakBio is dedicated to treating solid cancers with new technology and personalized medicine. We are aiming for at least some cures - not simply trying to extend life. Unlike other new drug strategies, we don't target just one protein and hope that many of the cancer cells have this protein. We use a sophisticated AI/ML platform with three different algorithmic strategies to find many proteins that are actually on each patient's cancer cells. Then we manufacture "drugs" for that one patient (drugs are peptides that prime T-cells). We call this a personalized peptide immunotherapy. This is the dawn of AI/ML drug design per patient and personalized drug manufacture for each patient and is the best way to get to cures for cancer.We are also using our AI platform for patients that have had an early cancer detection test from GRAIL or similar and will design a personalized vaccine to prevent them ever getting cancer.
