Roy has over 20 years experience in the development and implementation of complex hardware and software systems. Experienced in the full lifecycle of projects from business case through to operational management, and having seen several projects through this complete lifecycle, establishing project team structures and engaging and managing external suppliers. Proven experience of planning tracking and financial management of projects.• Expert in the application of tools (Predominantly MS Excel and MS Project) to build the required control and reporting tools to track and report on progress costs and risks. • Exposure of client server architectures covering technologies from HP, MS, sun Platforms.
