Making decisions for the terminal including: P&L statements, tariffs, company reports, quoting rates, finding customers, customer service, hiring, terminating, advertising, payroll, collections, and dispatching.I plan and direct operations, including the weighing of freight and choosing the lifts and crates that will be used to move it. I closely supervise the loading and unloading of cargo to avoid damages and I am also responsible for keeping equipment in good order and for making sure that working conditions are safe.My position includes driver logs, JJ Keller system, single state and overweight permits for different states, DOT regulations, use of Comdata system, use of Transeze system, driver sign on regulation for DOT file, checking all past job inquiries as well as DAC reports, and hazmat endorsements of drivers.

As base armorer directed firearm maintenance and inventory activities to include ammunition and security force equipment.
