Roy B. Fegan was born in Leimert Park, California and is an accomplished and well-respected figure in the entertainment industry. His experiences growing up in South Central LA and Leimert Park have shaped his artistic vision and given him a unique blessing where he used his passion for acting and comedy to escape from the tough times in the streets. As the CEO and founder of Black Owned TV, Roy is dedicated to creating and producing projects that celebrates black excellence and empowers underrepresented voices. He is currently working on a powerhouse biopic that will enlighten and entertain longtime fans.
