Organize, control and direct the Human Resources program to assure the proper delivery of human resources services; develop, implement, administer and interpret policies, systems, processes and programs; educate and support others in their knowledge and understanding of Human Resources services and issues; plan, organize and implement long-term and short-term projects and activities designed to develop and augment projects and services.
