I have over 20 years of experience in healthcare, technology, and entrepreneurship, and I am passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of dental care for everyone.Before joining OrthoFX, I was the COO and EVP of Operations at Delta Dental Ins., the largest dental benefits provider in the US, where I transformed the company's operational efficiency, digital capability, and customer satisfaction, delivering significant growth and profitability. I also served as the COO of Collective Health, a health technology company that offers a comprehensive health benefits platform, where I scaled the company's operations teams, as well as established strategic partnerships and customer relationships. In addition, I have a background in technology, having received multiple awards from Google for my contributions to the development and launch of Gmail and Google India. I have an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy. I also hold a certification as a Naval Nuclear Engineer Officer, which demonstrates my analytical and problem-solving skills.
