He also obtained both a Master of Science in Systems Engineering with an emphasis in Astronautics and a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Finance from the University of Southern California. While completing his two concurrent masters program's at USC, he also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Technology Commercialization.During his first few years at SAIC, Mr. Hogstedt received both SAIC's 2007 ASPIRE Award for Excellence in Program Performance and SAIC’s Outstanding Achievement Award. At Northrop Grumman, he was selected for the Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems Sector Leadership Development Program. Mr. Hogstedt has also received numerous awards for outstanding performance including: TRW Quality Award for Significant Process Improvement (2000), Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honor Society, Pi Tau Sigma National Honorary Mechanical Engineering Society, Golden Key National Honor Society, and a 1997 Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) at Caltech.
