The Implementation was completed on time and was within budget. • The selection and implementation of a new PABX and call centre / integrated voice mail system.• Facilitated the design and development of database driven marketing web sites.• The specification, selection of suppliers, and project management of the implementation of a business-to-business e-commerce site. • Installation of the Pronto EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) module for the receipt of purchase orders from major customers and the sending of invoices to those same customers.• Installation of a Microsoft Windows based LAN.• Implementation of a Microsoft Exchange email system.• Warehouse pack and despatch area redesign and development.• Warehouse extension racking design and installation.Responsibilities• Management of all Monaco’s information systems, including 4 * Windows Server based servers, 70PC’s, an IBM AIX based RS/6000, and 20 printers. Achievements• Implementation of a 50,000 line items spare parts stock control system.• The relocation of all information systems equipment to a new building.Responsibilities included;• Month end processing.• Report writing.• Bug investigation, reporting to software developers, and co-ordinating resolution.• Performance optimisation.• New software specification and testing.

Responsibilities• Provide support to marketing staff in the marketing of the Command manufacturing, distribution and accounting system. In this role I was the marketing department’s product expert. Specific tasks included;• Reviewing and responding to the software detail sections of RFPs.• Providing advice to marketing as to product fit to a customer’s needs.• Preparing and conducting software demonstrations.
