As Branch Head for Submarine Systems and SeaPort at NAVSEA, I lead strategic initiatives advancing submarine capabilities and naval readiness. Previously, I successfully led negotiations for the USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) Refueling Complex Overhaul and oversaw contracts for next-generation Submarine Tenders.My experience spans roles at the F-35 Joint Program Office, where I spearheaded major procurements in Production and Sustainment, and at DCMA-Boston, where I conducted Contractor Purchasing System Reviews and managed critical defense contracts.
