The department includes 7 gap year programs in Israel which brings over 320 participants yearly to Israel from over 16 countries around the world. Managing a team of 9 managers, 3 coordinators, 8 Sheirut Leumi counselors (Madrichot) and 4 professional instructors in the operation of the programs, in addition there are 3 back office staff members. A total of 27 members in the department while 15 are in direct management.The role includes:Responsibility for the management and development of the Israel programs: Development and integration of the educational curriculum for the programs. Establishment and implementation of work procedures related to the operation of the programs (logistics, security, safety, registration). Development of a marketing strategy, including marketing and recruitment processes and monitoring of the registration process. Setting goals for the number of participants in the programs and implementing the processes of becoming "leads to applicant". Creation and assimilation of an accompaniment system in the fields of health and mental health. Development of educational programs for new audiences.Management of the department's staff: Management, development of job definitions, creation of an organizational prospect, recruitment and retention of personnel in the department. Integration of the employment relationship with the relevant parties. Creation, development and implementation of orderly work processes. Responsibility for managing the department's budget, integration of stable financial conduct. Creating collaborations with other organizations operating in the spirit of the movement.Interfaces and partnerships management: Management and development of work interfaces with partner organizations such as: travel organization, Torah institutions and more. Managing interfaces with the relevant branches.

Bnei Akiva Youth Movement: A federal emissary and head of the Bnei Akiva delegation to Australia and New Zealand. Responsible for all movement activities across Australia and New Zealand, including 800 campers and 120 counselors. Key areas of responsibility: creating a strategic plan, budget management, resource development, managing the Israeli delegation, creating and developing educational content, supporting and developing instructors and managers, establishing relationships with other organizations, publishing journals and writing articles, managing camps and training seminars.Moriah College: Head of the Israeli delegation to the school (12 emissaries). Responsible for the informal Jewish education in the school (from kindergarten to high school). Development and integration of Jewish and Zionist education within the school system, creation of new work procedures, work with various departments, camp management, budget management, preparation of ceremonies and events, hosting lecturers and creating a Jewish and Zionist appearance in the school.Community Mission: Part of the Jewish Agency's Mission to Australia. Conducting leadership development seminars for the delegation and producing community events. Responsibility for the Zionist religious community in Sydney. A role where creativity and personal initiative are required. Developing a strategic plan for the community, managing relationships with organizations and recruiting projects. Development of new projects and keeping in touch with the diversity in the community.

Responsible for the educational, logistical and cultural program for almost 80 participants from around the world (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, England, USA, France, Holland, Germany, Norway and Italy). The participants come to Israel for a year of learning and experiencing Israel before they return to their countries to be involved in their communities as young leaders. The position also involves managing and leading a team of 12 staff members, giving educational guidance to the team, solving problems, organising a work schedule. The role is also responsible for working directly with participants to provide assistance and support to resolve social and emotional issues arising.

Teaching in an army course about religion, faith, culture and education. The course is open to all Israeli soldiers. My particular role was to teach, guide and assist the less privileged socioeconomic background group.

Screening, processing, interviewing and running workshops to select candidates to be emissaries overseas in the Young Emissaries Department in the Jewish Agency and the World Zionist Organisation. This role involved responsibility for logistics, running a schedule, leading group dynamics throughout the process, running discussions, general knowledge, high understanding of languages (English and French) and having to comprehend different communities around the world.

The role was to run the logistics department for all of the gap year programs. This included organizing tours, transportation and accommodation for over 150 gap year participants. I also managed the finances of the logistics department. Management of a team of fifteen employees on a daily basis.

Internship with the Senior Vice President for Community Absorption in the Immigration Ministry, through the organization of the ‘New Spirit’ program. The role was part of the Israeli project for absorption of populations at risk. Responsibilities included running a budget of 10 million NIS for a specific group at risk. I needed to research and examine different organizations that offered special activities and cultural events for the group. I also needed to check within the organizations to see if there were any irregularities with their work and check if their activities actually help the group. I needed to outline the rationale of education, employment and culture which will help community integration in their new country.
