Test Specialist
CurrentAs a test specialist, I have been responsible for ensuring the quality of printing server software, with a focus on customer environment: queue handling, database management, and workflow processes. My duties include developing and executing manual test cases, identifying and reporting software defects in JIRA. Through this role, I have gained extensive hands-on experience in server installations, environment setup, and network configurations.In addition to software testing, I have played a key role in designing and delivering training programs and customer support initiatives, both locally in Israel and internationally. This has involved building comprehensive training materials and implementing effective training strategies for customers and internal teams.With over a decade of experience in quality assurance, software testing, and training program development, I have developed a strong understanding of the printing server software ecosystem and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
